At CleanNestly, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • For hygiene reasons, used cleaning products are not eligible.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@cleannestly.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected (3–5 business days), we'll process your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace or refund — no return required.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check your bank account, then your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact support@cleannestly.com.
