Thank you for shopping at CleanNestly! We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days

Total delivery time = Processing time (1–3 business days) + Shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track via our Track Order page.

Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or holiday seasons.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@cleannestly.com. We'll work with the carrier to either replace your order or issue a refund.

Wrong Address

It's the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside the destination country may be subject to import duties and taxes once they arrive. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
